Join us for a morning of movement, self-care, wellness & connection.

What to expect:

  • We’ll start with an feel-good 60 min yoga & mobility flow in the beautiful Velour Lounge. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class will help restore balance in body and mind.

  • We'll continue our wellness journey with Self-Care Stations including a pop-up beauty bar, yoga pillow giveaway, red light therapy, and other wellness goodies.

  • We’ll conclude our morning with hot coffee, refreshments, and snacks as we connect with like-minded members of our wellness community.

Yoga Mats, yoga pillows, & red light therapy face masks & mats will be provided for use during this experience. The yoga mats are yours to keep after the event.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Riva is a certified Yoga, Pilates, & Functional Mobility Specialist based near NYC.  She has been sharing her love of mindful movement & healthy living for over 15 years as an instructor, contributing writer, & content creator. 

Riva’s classes creatively combine strength, flexibility, breath & awareness. She teaches at retreats & festivals, and is the founder of the wellness app, RENEW with Riva where she shares online classes with subscribers all over the world.
