Liability Release & Waivers:

When joining this Yoga & Content Creation retreat, all participants must sign a liability release form, acknowledging that you know risks are involved, and that you agree to hold no one else accountable for harm, injuries, or damages of any kind (whether from injury or illness or any loss). This release form indicates that you accept all liability for your travel before, during, and after the retreat, as well as your participation in all activities (yoga, pool, spa, excursions, dining, etc.) and agree not to hold liable your fellow attendees /students, the instructors, the trainers, and retreat center owners/operators for injuries, illness, or harm/damages of any kind incurred while participating in the retreat. The form further gives permission to for Riva G Yoga of this retreat to take photos, videos, and post images from our retreats both during and after retreats, as well as on our website and social media platforms. These images may be used for future retreat and workshop promotion for Riva G Yoga events. By paying the deposit for the retreat and submitting this form, you agree to all of the details above.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment in case you need to cancel your trip. In addition to refunding your travel and retreat fees, ferry delays or cancellations, insurance may include medical evacuation coverage, medical expense coverage, and in some cases, reimbursement for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.

You may already have coverage through AAA or your own credit card or can purchase through your personal travel agent. It is your responsibility to choose the coverage that suits you and to read all the details of the policy you purchase.
