Because EVERY day should be about love!! 😍 Be generous with it! Wether it’s love for your partner, your pet, your family, your friends, or most importantly YOURSELF... Don’t be afraid to feel it, share it, show it. . Pick up an extra cupcake for your friend one day, surprise your mom with that perfume she loves, give your partner a foot massage on a random Tuesday night, or treat yourself to a night out just because... 💃🏻 . And last but definitely not least, never forget: You don't need anyone else to complete you, you only need someone who will accept you completely. ❤️ #HappyVDay #todayandeveryday

From the moment I first read it, I felt it’s power. Or maybe I should say... it allowed me to feel my own power. 🤔 Either way, I think we all could use this little reminder every now and then: Each of us has the potential to make change. . It may not be easy, and it will take us out of our comfort zones, but change is always possible. . Wether it’s as small as what we have for breakfast each morning, or as large as what we do for a living... We must’ve done this partner pose at least a dozen times together over the years... but my, oh my - doing it 103 floors up, 1353 feet high, in an all-glass box, that extends 4.3 feet off the edge of the building... was a TOTAL game-changer! 😂 . Sometimes I wonder why I even bother to setup my camera & take a yoga pic (like this one!) with @mandymartini when I could probably just use the ‘reflection’ app and get something similar 🤣 ... #twinning .. and then I remember it’s because I have the perfect excuse to spend extra time with this wonderful human. ❤️ . Sunrise over the city by the light of the moon... #theseareafewofmyfavoritethings ☀️💙🌕 I had a feeling the view from the @fslosangeles rooftop was gonna be pretty epic, but seeing it at sunrise with the full moon still in the sky... well that was just complete unexpected magic. 💫 Swipe left for the video! After the rain, comes the rainbow 🌈 Stretching it out on Melrose Ave where all the fashion bloggers were doing their thing. I loved walking around this part of LA - there were so many cool shops, restaurants, & incredible wall murals, like this one by @madebylondon which was made entirely of yarn!! 🙌🏼 . Two of the most powerful things I’ve learned from my physical yoga practice have both come from my FAILS. ❤️ The first lesson came from all the ‘failures’ that I’ve overcome. I discovered that I was stronger & more resilient than I realized. And that with each ‘fail’ I was actually learning & growing. Take this very pose for example. I remember the first time I saw it & tried to do it. And I couldn’t. But with each attempt I grew stronger, became more open. And then one day this pose did become accessible, and it’s been an enjoyable part of my practice ever since. 🙏🏼 The second, and perhaps even more valuable lesson, came from all the ‘fails’ that I still have not overcome. I learned that it’s OK. It’s 100%, completely fine to NOT be able to achieve everything I want to. That there will be hundreds, maybe even thousands of postures & transitions that I will never access in this lifetime... and that is totally fine. 🙌🏼 That I will always be enough, regardless of what I can or cannot do. That it doesn’t make my practice - or me - any less valuable. It just is. 😊 I guess my point is, I know how easy it is to start comparing ourselves with all of these ‘perfect’ or ‘impossible’ postures we regularly catch sight of while scrolling through our feeds. You may find that some will become a part of your regular practice while others may forever allude you. And either way is 100% FINE. 😍 Enjoy what you see, find inspiration where you will, but never forget that you are enough, exactly as you are. 🙏🏼 Shapes by the pool at the beautiful @lapeerhotel ☀️
